Costa Rica Retreat Specification
There is a minimum amount of 8 participants set for this retreat.
Until 8 bookings are confirmed your deposit is fully refundable.
After the confirmation of 8 people your deposit is no longer refundable and you will be requested to pay the remaining amount.
We recommend that you don't book your international flights, unless of course you're planning to make this trip either way, until 8 people have been booked in.
Return domestic flights from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez are not included but can be arranged for a discounted price of $270
To reserve a spot on an Anasa Retreat, a refundable* deposit of six hundred (€600) is required.
The deposit is to be paid within seven (7) days of the booking.
The full payment (due amount) is to be paid at once no later than sixty (30) days prior to the retreat start date.
The retreat prices are charged per person and DO NOT include flights.
*The deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is caused by COVID-19 related reasons, such as closed borders, government regulations, etc., (proof will be required) and it will NOT be refunded if cancellation is caused to illness.
Anasa Retreats Cancellations
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat. “You” refers to the guest booking an Anasa Retreat. “We” refers to Anasa. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Guest Cancellation Policy
Depending on when and why you cancel, cancellation fees may apply.
If cancellation takes place more than sixty (60) days prior to retreat start date for COVID-19 related reasons (not illness due to Covid) - proof will be required -, then 100% of any payments made will be refunded.
If cancellation takes place more than sixty (60) days prior to retreat start date for personal or planning issues then any payments made will be refunded minus the six hundred Euros (€600) deposit.
If cancellation takes place less than thirty (30) days prior to the retreat start date, then 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited. This depends and will be discussed further if cancellation is caused by COVID-19 related reasons. For any further clarifications please contact us at email@example.com
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
In case travel restrictions are applied less than 30 days prior to the retreat to the guests’ country of residence at the time of the retreat, and the guest is restricted from joining the retreat, the guest shall receive a voucher* equal to the full amount paid and valid for 1 year.

Transferrable to a friend
Voucher can be applied towards any Anasa retreat.

Anasa Retreats Cancellation Policy
Anasa always caters for the best of its guests and canceling a retreat will always be the very last option. However, if Anasa must cancel a scheduled retreat due to low participation, you’re entitled to transfer your full payment to another scheduled retreat or request a refund of your payment.
Anasa is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Anasa shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfil is due to events outside its control, that is, force majeure events such as a pandemic, acts of God, fire, flood, cancellation of flights or/and prohibition of sailing due to adverse weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labour disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted and all payments will be credited in the form of a voucher* valid for two (2) years from the start date of the canceled retreat.
In case travel or governmental restrictions are applied to Greece or to the international tourism and travel sector, and a retreat needs to be cancelled, any amounts paid will be credited in the form of a voucher valid for two (2) years from the start date of the canceled retreat or you’re entitled to request a refund of your payment.
Currently you can still travel to Greece. However, we advise you to review the following page periodically for any changes. There is a passenger locator form to fill in. From all origins Greece requires a negative Covid test in the 72 hours before entry. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to review the following page and abide by the official general public health safety guidelines. If you don't agree to follow the official travel instructions announced on the following page, normal cancelation policy would apply, should you decide not to join the retreat. Currently you can still travel to Guatemala with no restrictions and there are no provisions.
Reservation of Rights
Anasa reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our retreats.
Guests must have adequate travel insurance to cover the retreat activities.
Please note, even if you have private health insurance in Greece or your respective Country of residence, it is unlikely that this insurance will cover overseas trips such as the retreats offered by Anasa.
It is your responsibility to organise suitable travel and health insurance. Although we strongly encourage you to do so, you acknowledge that Anasa is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage leaves you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.
Passports, Visas and Documents
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with a Anasa Retreat.
General Waiver – Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that during a retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Anasa Retreats arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.
You hereby agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.
You hereby certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate, by any means or in any manner, in any such activity arranged by the retreat hosts by a qualified medical professional. You hereby certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts.
You hereby waive, release and discharge from and against any and all liability from your participation in the trip and in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Anasa and/or its employees and/or its collaborators and/or its subcontractors, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your trip to and from activities arranged by the retreat hosts,
You agree that this release shall be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your family.
Photo / Video Release Form
You hereby grant to Anasa the right and permission to use photographic material & video in which you are featured and are taken during the course of the retreat. Anasa holds the right to use / republish / copyright, etc. this material for advertising and promotional purposes. You hereby release and discharge Anasa from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Changes to our Terms & Conditions
We keep the present Terms and Conditions under regular review and we reserve the right to amend or update the present Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date is displayed hereunder. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. To keep you informed of any changes to the present Terms and Conditions, we will notify you by prominently posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on our website at www.anasaisbreath.com.
Disputes & Applicable Law
Anasa and Guests shall make every effort, so that any difference, dispute or disagreement that may arise during the conclusion, interpretation and execution of the present Terms & Conditions, as well as claims related to them, is resolved out of court, with negotiations in a spirit of good faith within reasonable time after the date of the written expression of the disagreement by any of the parties.
If a difference is not resolved in this way, competent for its judicial resolution shall be the Courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands exclusively, which shall decide on any trials regarding the execution and the Dutch law shall apply.
By booking into a retreat you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions, and you are fully aware that there is a release of liability included, you accept all Terms & Conditions and you agree of your own free will to all Terms & Conditions and applicable policies above. If you do not agree to the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to participate in any Anasa Retreat activity.
